We are a friendly and sociable running club based from Weedon and we cater for a wide range of running abilities 

Our main training night is Tuesdays at 6.30pm (meet at 6.20pm). Other runs arranged during the week and at weekends - depending on requirements/training plans/availability 

Our winter locations are Daventry and Kislingbury

Our summer venues are Kislingbury and Weedon. Please contact us to come along and run with us - maybe have a trial before you join the club

We have small groups each with a different  running pace to make sure we are inclusive

Our run leaders also run track training evenings to develop skills and technique
